Paul’s Final Sunday with us!

Our prayers and best wishes are with Rev Paul, Jan, Lois & William as he takes up his new appointment as the new Incumbent of parishes of St Peter’s Leighton cum Minshull Vernon and St Leonard’s Warmingham

Paul will be presiding and preaching at St Luke’s at 9am and then preaching at St Mary’s at 10.40am. Do come along if you can to one of his final services, I know he would love to see you.

We will be holding a Farewell Lunch for Paul and his family in the Church Hall at around 12:30pm. We have now closed the list to sign up as we had to order the food. We may be able to fit a few more in, but that’s not guaranteed, if you haven’t booked for the lunch it’s best to email Revd Mike asap and he will let you know if there’s space.

St Paul’s Pantry Update

St Paul’s Pantry has provided 164 people with crisis food parcels which represents 80 households. Long life food items are still the main priority, current shortages of tinned meat, tinned vegetables, tinned puddings, UHT milk, cereal, jam, cooking sauces, rice, and pasta. Thank you for all your donations as we are still currently struggling to keep up with demand.
