We give thanks for the life of Queen Elizabeth II

Our churches were open over the period of National Mourning
and at both churches there was a book a Book of Condolence
for people to sign.
We had a lot of people attained and show their respects

and in line with the national policy our Book of Condolence will close on Tuesday 20 September.

The Church of England has an online Book of Condolence and the opportunity to light a ‘virtual’ candle, they can be accessed here: https://www.churchofengland.org

Tears and Celebration – Katherine Jenkins

‘Tears and Celebration’ is a new hymn for the UK and Commonwealth, recorded following the death of Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Written by @Andy Flannagan along with Sam Hargreaves, it is a song of remembrance, assurance and repentance, giving voice to the hearts and minds of people all over the world.
