Tuesday Study Group moves to Thursday this week
Reminder for the Tuesday Study group – this week we will meet on THURSDAY 13 February at 10.15am at Bowness Road. Thank you, Jenny Varty.
Choir Vestry Dry Rot Works
The Choir Vesty work re the Dry Rot is due to start this Wednesday 12 February for three days. This will be exploratory work following which we will know the extent of the work required. During the work we will have no access to the Choir Vestry. Many thanks to those who helped clear the room in preparation this, no further help is needed on Saturday morning, many thanks to those who offered.
Electoral Roll 2025
Notice is given that under the Church Representation Rules a new Church Electoral Roll is being prepared. Every person who wishes to have his or her name entered on the new Roll, whether it is entered on the present Roll or not, is requested to apply for enrolment not later than 16 March 2025. Our Electoral Roll Officers are Sue & Bob Squirrell, please ask them for assistance if needed. New Electoral Roll forms are available in church and via our website at bit.ly/apcminfo.
Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) 2025
Our APCM this year is on Sunday 6 April in St Mary’s at 12 noon followed by a Bring ‘n’ Share lunch in the Church Hall. More details to follow nearer the time.
Ladies Afternoon Group News
Our next meeting will be Thursday 27th February at 2pm – we will have a talk on the History of Crewe Hall with Graham Dodd. Please also can we ask that the deposit of £20 is paid towards our Summer Trip in the next few weeks. Also, a date for your diary, this year’s Lent Service at St Mary’s will be on Thursday 27thMarch.
