The Irish Blessing – over 300 churches sing a blessing over Ireland and beyond …

Howard Barker shared this video with us saying…

The two Bible Societies in Ireland have co-operated with churches from across Ireland to produce the Irish Blessing which is on YouTube. It features Christians from almost every kind of church, and from every part of Ireland, and using traditional and modern instruments. It is mainly in English but features also Ulster Scots, Irish Gaelic, Irish Sign Language and British Sign Language – so all the languages of Ireland.

Please take 6 minutes to watch it and do watch it to the end. Really uplifting.

If you haven’t done so already, please take a look at our News & Information Blog which is updated each week with the latest info for our church and beyond!

The Midweek
Get Together Wednesdays at 7.30pm

Each week Revd Mike invites you to join with him on Zoom for a get-together.
Each week there will be something different including a Bible Book Club, a Prayer Meeting, a topical chat or a discussion. Details will be posted on our Facebook Page on the Monday of each week. All you need to do is click on the link below to register.

This week 17 June:

We will look at the book of Titus
Like 1 and 2 Timothy, this is a letter addressed to an individual not a community. We learn from 1.5 that Titus was overseeing the church in Crete. The themes of the letter are how to order the Church and how to live well as a Christian.

If possible please read this short book. Reading time: Seven minutes
Short of time? Just read 1.1–9; 2.11–3.11

Please click here to register for the Zoom meeting
