Lent Lunches

There will be Lent Lunches on the following dates: 15 March, selection of soups & 29 March, Ploughman’s Lunch at 12 noon priced at £4.50. Thanks, Chris.


Lent 2023

Revd Mike will be running a Lent Course and you would be most welcome to join him. Tuesdays at The Rectory at 7:30pm (starting 28 February) or Fridays at St Luke’s at 10am (starting 3 March). Bell Tower and Church Open Day

Bell Tower and Church Open Day on Saturday 18th March. Access will be available between 10am until noon, and 2 to 3-30 in the afternoon. There will be an opportunity to ascend into the ringing room. Competent bell ringers will explain the art of campanology and give demonstrations. Potential or lapsed bell ringers are very welcome. Refreshments will be available.

Christian Aid Sponsored Swim: Saturday 4 March at the Lifestyle Centre: Our young people will be taking part once again this year. Sarah Turnbull has a sponsor form for those who would like to support this great cause.

Foodbank News

Thank your continuing generous support for St Paul’s Foodbank. Shortages are: Jam, UHT milk, cereal, rice, long life puddings/cakes. Tinned items: corned beef; pork; fruit; meat meals (chilli con carne, stew); rice pudding; vegetables. Please see the leaflet with the donation/drop off points .
