Rose Queen News

The Rose Queens and their Attendants following the crowning at the Fete

On Sunday 11 June, Emily, assisted by her attendants Poppy & Robyn, told us of her fantastic year as Rose Queen during which she has raised over £1300.00 for the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund. Sophie, assisted by her attendant, Poppy, made her Rose Queen Promise ahead of her year as Rose Queen.

Sophie was crowned as the Wistaston Rose Queen on Saturday 17 June at the Village Fete. Sophie’s chosen charity for the year is the local charity, Motherwell.



Men’s Group

Men’s Group-7.30pm Friday 23 June 2023 Please join us at Ebenezers [159 Nantwich Rd, Crewe-the old Beer Dock]for beer [non-alcoholic options may be available] afterwards we will go somewhere for food. Open to all men over 18. Feel free to bring male family & friends. No need to RSVP-see you there! Howard,

The Bible Study group

The Tuesday Bible study group will meet at 10.15am on the 20th of June. The Prayer group will meet 6th July at 7pm, groups meet at 56 Bowness Rd. All welcome. Thank you, Jenny V. 


Chris Horne would like to send her thanks to everyone that has sent good wishes, cards and flowers following her recent operation, it really has helped with the recovery to have received such lovely messages. Thanks again, Chris.
