Easter Invites Distribution this Saturday 23 March…

If you can give an hour or so to help deliver the Easter invites to the local area then please meet at The Rectory (104 Church Lane) at 10am on Saturday 23 March. Thanks in advance.

If you can’t make it on Saturday… and have some time this coming week and can deliver a few invites, then please add the name of the road(s) you’re delivering to and your name to the sheet in the porch at St Mary’s and take what you need. Alternately, email Revd Mike who will add you name and road to the list and supply invites for you. Thanks in advance!

Annual Parochial Church Meeting: Sunday 14 April at 12 noon

Our Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is on Sunday 14 April at 12 noon in St Mary’s Church followed by a Bring and Share in the Church Hall. The Agenda & Reports will be available in church and online from Sunday 31 March. At the APCM we will be appointing two wardens for the coming year and electing five members to the PCC, please see Revd Mike for more info. Ahead of the APCM, there has been a Revision of the Church Electoral Roll which finishes, today, 24 March. As this is only a revision, if you are already on the church’s Electoral Roll, there is no need to reapply. Whilst the Roll closes for new inclusions before the APCM, you can join it at anytime following the APCM. All the details and the relevant forms are available at both churches and can be found at bit.ly/apcminfo

After Church Refreshments at St Mary’s

We have some gaps over the next few weeks on the Refreshments Rota at St Mary’s. They are: 31 March, 14 April & 28 April. The most pressing of these is 31 March which is of course Easter Sunday. If you can do one of these please sign up on the Rota in the Church Hall or email Revd Mike: revd.mike@stmaryswistaston.org.uk.
